Serenia Age

Serenia is an Age of ancient-looking stone structures. Its population uses a large flower on the island to capture memories and preserve them after the person is dead. Atrus believes that the flower is a fungus that absorbs the "dead" memories and transfers them to storage globes that grow underwater. The people of Serenia rely on Spirit Guides to aid them in visiting their Dream World, where one can see memories and spirits.

History

The age was heavily involved in Sirrus and Achenar's original plots when they were imprisoning their family. More recently, Yeesha has taken a liking to the age, and received a special amulet which can sense the memories most prominent to her location. The stranger uses this in the game often.
